Being alive is a simple world. When intellectually understood it could have many significances leading to dialogues and debates, led by the intellect. When experienced .. there is only one.. the experience! no dialogue.

Meditative approach part 6

5) Relaxation techniques
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is the practice of bringing the awareness to the various parts of the body consciously relaxing them. The practice works deeply on the nervous and endocrine system, calming the mind and body. When the body is at rest , healing begins. Very powerful technique, benefits are immediately recognizable and I highly recommend it everyone.
An audio technique to experience relaxation, will be posted if there is a demand

6) YOGA
Working on the human being on all levels, yoga is said to culminate the mind body and spirit to experience all that there is. Incorporting the power of breath and the attitude of witnessing, one learns to unleash the reservoir of infinite wisdom.

As you practice asanas ( physical posture) move towards finding the calmness within each pose.
Often students starting in yoga find it hard to understand anything beyond getting in to the posture with the use of effort. Let this be the starting point. But if you have been practicing for sometime and can do the “scorpion pose” in a heart beat but still struggling with the trials of life… then perhaps all you are doing is circus acts. Revisit your practice.
Yoga is centered around 8 principals or limbs. Think of it as 8 areas of focus, each propelling the growth of the other.
Growth in practice happens naturally when a person is sincere;has a longing to grow.
Yoga approaches the path using the tools of body and breath ( available to all) in the service of transformation.
