Mind’s natural tendency to visualize is used to create “forms”. Visualize  light, energy, energy points  or even  visualize a relaxing scenario . Relaxing the nervous system, calming the mind, the body natural intelligence springs to surface  and healing begins . Highly recommend practice  for beginners  as it produces instant observable results.
