Being alive is a simple world. When intellectually understood it could have many significances leading to dialogues and debates, led by the intellect. When experienced .. there is only one.. the experience! no dialogue.

Practices bringing about awareness

HOW DOES MEDITATION AND SPRITIUAL PRACTICES) BRING ABOUT SUCH AN AWARENESS ?

Ultimately all these discussions above is to bring about the realization that something becomes alive, simply by the act of being aware, of its presence. The very act of witnessing is potent. In Physics it is now called the “Observer Effect” The act of observing influences that which is observed.Give a rest to the doing, the putting forth of effort, the planning and simply watch, observe , witness.
Remember it has to be a presence with no stress. Remember when the 3d images came out. To watch it, you have to let your eyes go soft, and be calm and a new dimension springs forth. This is similar.

The very act of witnessing, in itself bring order to the activity , without the intervention of will, choice, decision, or any other action of the "thinker." As such order comes, the noise and chaos which are the usual background of our consciousness die out, and the mind becomes generally silent. (Thought arises only when needed for some genuinely valid purpose, and then stops, until needed again.) Krishnamurti.

Within this silence, something new and creative happens, something that cannot be told in words, but that is of extraordinary significance for the whole of life. There are many sites on the internet describing similar experiences. But none come close to the direct experience of it.

On the physical surface one will definitely experience a level of well being bringing joy and peace into one’s life as the overall mental activity is brought into order. As one takes the practice deeper the various layers unfold; bringing about the end of all suffering.

As you keep practicing, insight comes forth revealing the mysteries of existence.
